Reiki First Degree Course
The beginning of this journey is The First Degree or Shoden.
In Shoden Tiffany takes us through what Reiki is, the history, who Dr Usui was, how Reiki was brought to the west and the changes it went through in the process. We discover what an attunement is and learn about the cleansing process, Reiki strengthening meditations, self treatments, treatments for friends, family, plants, animals, food & crystals. We cover ethical practice, equal energy exchange, grounding, protection and the importance of "The Five Principles". Three Western Attunements are recieved and one Reiju empowerment.

On the first floor you will access the readers and on the ground floor you access the Aladdin's cave of the shop, all in all it has everything you need for an incredible day.
How to Find This Venue
TUBE: The closest tube station is Covent garden (Piccadily Line) which is approximately a 4 minute walk to the centre; or, Tottenham Court rd, 5 min walk or Leicester Sq, 10 min walk.
BY OVERGROUND RAIL: The closest mainline station is Charing Cross, then walk up past Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square- 10mins
BY CAR: There are pay and display meters locally; or NCP Carparks. However, congestion charge applies during the week and parking is expensive at all times so public transport is advised.
